These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ave67 ("ave67", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ave67 website at ave67.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ave67 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players located in Bangladesh. All services are offered in English and all monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ave67 platform and close your account.

ave67 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of ave67 is strictly conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with the ave67 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ave67 with respect to the Platform and its services.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by clicking "Login", by placing a wager, or by depositing funds into your ave67 wallet, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years of age);
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;
• You accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that ave67 is not liable for any losses incurred during your use of the platform.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) between you and ave67 relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ave67 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ave67 operates a strict 18+ policy and conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Residency: You must be a natural person accessing the platform from a location where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gambling complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on ave67. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ave67 will not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your own name.
• Mental Capacity: You confirm that you are not under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance at the time of placing wagers, and that you are acting with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

ave67 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ave67 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify ave67 promptly in the event of any change.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your ave67 account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• ave67 staff will never ask you for your password or one-time password (OTP) via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent communication and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all registered players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ave67 immediately by contacting [email protected]. ave67 will temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

KYC Verification

ave67 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted verification documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. ave67 reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where enhanced due diligence is required.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ave67 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ave67 does not apply hidden charges to standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, and banking institutions) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ave67's control.

Accepted Payment Methods

ave67 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The current list of supported channels is always displayed on the ave67 deposit and withdrawal pages within the player account area.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable under these Terms, though individual payment processors may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the ave67 wallet within seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• ave67 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the same ave67 account, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
• ave67 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT per transaction.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where ave67 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

Currency & Exchange

The ave67 platform operates exclusively in BDT. All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and account balances are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka using the ৳ symbol. ave67 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or automatic currency conversion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ave67 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page at the time the offer is claimed.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, sports bets, and fishing games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at the time of bonus expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before clearing the wagering requirement on an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: ave67 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses without genuine play, collusion between players, use of multiple accounts, or use of automated software.

Promotional Campaigns

ave67 runs promotional campaigns tied to major Bangladeshi events and sporting seasons — including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day on December 16, and Independence Day on March 26. Seasonal promotions are time-limited and may carry unique wagering conditions. ave67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have opted in.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ave67 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and fishing game titles — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules as published within each game's interface and information panel. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules.

Random Number Generation

All slot and virtual casino game outcomes on ave67 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). ave67 partners exclusively with game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verifiable within each game's paytable and information section.

Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) observed in the live video stream and are not subject to RNG manipulation. Technical disconnections during a live game round are managed in accordance with each provider's disconnection policy, which is available within the respective game's rules panel.

Sports Betting

Odds on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are updated in real time. Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. ave67 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded, where there is evidence of system error in the published odds, or where the outcome of an event is subject to official investigation for match-fixing or irregularity. Decisions on void bets are final.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, software glitches, or connectivity failures — ave67 reserves the right to declare the affected game round(s) void and to refund the wager amount to the player's account balance. ave67 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such technical events. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ave67 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, misrepresenting age or residency, or impersonating another person or ave67 staff member.
• Money Laundering: Using ave67 for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ave67 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a legitimate deposit made to ave67. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover funds.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the ave67 platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, clearing bonuses, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive format available on the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, system glitches, software vulnerabilities, or incorrectly published odds. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided without recourse.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the accounts of other players, probing or testing platform security, performing reverse-engineering of any ave67 software component, or conducting denial-of-service attacks against ave67 infrastructure.
• Minor Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the ave67 platform by any individual under the age of 18.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their ave67 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ave67 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before deactivating the account. ave67 targets a processing time of under 4 hours for voluntary closure requests, though KYC completion is a prerequisite.

Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may request immediate account suspension via the self-exclusion tools available in account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Suspension or Closure by ave67

ave67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from the player's payment provider;
• Determination that the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2;
• Instruction from a competent legal or regulatory authority;
• Prolonged inactivity — defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ave67 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity, the balance will be forfeited in full.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. ave67 will attempt to notify the player by email prior to any dormant account action. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 BDT may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. ave67 will not deduct fees that would result in a negative balance — the account balance will floor at ৳0. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ave67's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ave67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ave67 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the support team at [email protected]. ave67 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Class action proceedings against ave67 are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.
